Until we have a County Coordinator:
We need a member to volunteer to work with Harris County Precinct 2 so we can once again enjoy taking a bus downtown. Kathleen has done it before but she is now both our Education and Social Media Chair.
BAGS DAY at CLAYTON
February 15 from 9am to 3pm
We have a table reserved upstairs with electric outlets available. It’s in the back.
Meet us at Clayton Library to do genealogy research! Consistently named one of the top ten genealogical libraries in the nation, Clayton houses a national and international collection of family history research materials in print, microprint and online. Their professional staff will consult with you one on one discussing your specific research problems. They do have free parking.
Please email or text if you need a ride. Several members have offered to drive and would meet you at a local library (Freeman & Friendswood). Please contact Kathleen by Thursday, Feb 13 if you need a ride.
Note from Susan D Kaufman
Clayton’s Senior Manager
Currently (July 11, 2024) we now have printing capabilities at Clayton.
However, it is “cashless”, so please bring your debt or credit card.
